Disclaimer: Tier 1 Electric LLC is not liable for any damages outside of the scope of work performed by said contractor. The client takes full responsibility for all equipment, its safeguarding, and proper handling after installation is completed. The client assumes any risk, waiving any and all claims of personal injury, death, or damage to personal property associated with services provided by Tier 1 Electric LLC, including but not limited to temporary or permanent damage, unsatisfactory results from said service being provided, and personal property damage. The provision of these terms and release of liability will continue in full force and effect even after the termination of the services being provided, whether by agreement, by operation of law, or otherwise. Tier 1 Electric LLC owns the right to put a lien on any and all properties retaining materials and product installed and/or furnished by said contractor, until debts are paid in full.
