Exterior Cleaning Terms and Conditions:

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using Premium Cleaning Co.’s cleaning services operated by Premium Services Co. LLC.
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

1. Cleaning Services: 
Premium Cleaning Co. provides professional cleaning services to residential and commercial properties. Our services include but are not limited to the following:

Window Washing: Cleaning of exterior and interior windows, screens, and sills.
 Screen removal and cleaning may be included or billed separately. Hard water stain removal, paint removal, or scratch repair are not included in standard service and require separate pricing and approval.
Pressure Washing: High-pressure cleaning of exterior surfaces such as driveways, sidewalks, decks, and siding. Water pressure is adjusted to suit the surface. Soft washing is used on delicate surfaces. We are not responsible for damage to loose paint, oxidized siding, aged/deteriorated materials, or surfaces with existing cracks. Stain removal (rust, oil, etc.) is not guaranteed unless specifically quoted and approved in writing.

House Washing: Comprehensive cleaning of the exterior walls and surfaces of residential and commercial properties.
 We are not responsible for damage to loose paint, oxidized siding, aged/deteriorated materials, or surfaces with existing cracks. Stain removal (rust, oil, etc.) is not guaranteed unless specifically quoted and approved in writing.
Solar Panel Cleaning: Panels are cleaned with purified water and soft-bristle brushes to preserve protective coatings. Customer is responsible for ensuring service does not void manufacturer warranty. Premium Cleaning Co. is not liable for decreased efficiency caused by electrical faults, installation defects, or issues unrelated to cleaning.
Roof Washing: Gentle cleaning of roofs to remove dirt, moss, algae, and other debris.
 We are not responsible for damage to loose paint, oxidized siding, aged/deteriorated materials, or surfaces with existing cracks. Stain removal (rust, oil, etc.) is not guaranteed unless specifically quoted and approved in writing.
Gutter Cleaning: Removal of debris and buildup from gutters and downspouts to ensure proper drainage and prevent water damage. We are not liable for leaks or damages resulting from pre-existing gutter or fascia issues or brought to light from unclogging gutters or downspouts due to our cleanings.

2. Limitation of Liability
: Premium Cleaning Co. strives to provide high-quality services with the utmost care and professionalism. However, it is important to acknowledge that certain risks are inherent in the cleaning process. Therefore, by engaging our services, you agree that:
Premium Services Co. LLC, dba Premium Cleaning Co., its employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any damages, including but not limited to scratches, abrasions, breakage of windows, grass/plants/trees damage, paint/brick chipping, or shingle/gutter damage caused during the cleaning process.
While we take all necessary precautions to prevent damage, we cannot guarantee the condition of surfaces before or after cleaning, particularly if pre-existing defects or weaknesses are present.

3. Customer Responsibility
: As a customer, you agree to:
Notify Premium Cleaning Co. of any pre-existing damage or fragile surfaces prior to the commencement of services.
Take appropriate measures to safeguard delicate items or areas near the cleaning site, including but not limited to moving furniture, valuables, or decorative items.

4. Service Agreements
: When engaging with Premium Cleaning Co., a detailed service agreement will be provided to outline the scope of work, estimated time frame, and pricing. The client agrees that acceptance of these Terms and Conditions is established either (a) by signing and approving an estimate or quote provided by Premium Service Co. LLC or its DBAs (Premium Cleaning Co. and Premium Lighting Co.), or (b) in the absence of a signed estimate, by confirming or scheduling a service booking. Such actions constitute a binding agreement to the scope of work, pricing, and terms herein.

5. Indemnification
: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Premium Services Co. LLC, dba Premium Cleaning Co., its employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including but not limited to attorney's fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service or any violation of these Terms.

6. Payment Terms: 
Payment for services can be made via credit card, debit card (card payments with 4% convenience fee), PayPal, Zelle, check, cash or bank transfer (ACH) (2% convenience fee). A deposit may be required at the time of booking with the balance due upon completion of services unless otherwise stated in the service agreement. ALL DOWN DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Late payments past 30 days of the sent invoice may incur additional charges or interest.

7. Implied Agreement by Payment
: Payment of any invoice issued by Premium Service Co. LLC, including its registered DBAs (Premium Cleaning Co. and Premium Lighting Co.) constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, even in the absence of a signed estimate, work order, or formal agreement.

8. Cancellation Policy: 
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service date to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may result in a fee amounting to 25% of the total service cost.

9. Satisfaction Guarantee: At Premium Cleaning Co., customer satisfaction is a top priority. If you have concerns with your service, you must notify us within 48 hours of completion so we can address them promptly. We guarantee response within 72 hours of being notified of said issue.
10. Privacy Policy
: All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

11. Photo & Video Release: By scheduling service with Premium Cleaning Co. or Premium Lighting Co., you hereby grant Premium Services Co. LLC, including its DBAs, affiliates, employees, and contractors, the irrevocable right and permission to take, use, reproduce, and publish photographs and/or video recordings of your property, both interior and exterior, for purposes including but not limited to quality assurance, training, marketing, advertising, and promotional materials in any format (print, digital, social media, or otherwise), without compensation to you. You acknowledge that such content may be edited, combined with other materials, or used in derivative works at the Company’s discretion. All personal or identifying information unrelated to the service will remain confidential and will not be disclosed. If you do not consent to the use of photos or videos for marketing purposes, you must provide written notice to the Company prior to service.
12. Modifications to Terms
: Premium Cleaning Co. reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

Exterior Lighting Terms and Conditions:

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using Premium Lighting Co.’s lighting services operated by Premium Services Co. LLC. Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.
1. Lighting Services: Premium Lighting Co. provides professional lighting services to residential and commercial properties. Our services include but are not limited to Christmas light installations (design, supply, installation, maintenance, removal and storage of seasonal holiday lighting), permanent LED lighting (soffit, roofline, architectural, and accent lighting designed for year-round use), event lighting (temporary installations for weddings, parties, corporate events, and other special occasions), landscape lighting (installation of exterior accent lighting for trees, gardens, walkways, and architectural features), chandelier and accent lighting (safe installation of chandeliers, recessed lighting, and decorative fixtures), exterior lighting displays, as well as maintenance and repairs on systems installed by the Company.
2. Limitation of Liability: Premium Services Co. LLC, dba Premium Lighting Co., its employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be held liable for damages including but not limited to scratches, abrasions, roof/gutter damage, paint/brick chipping, electrical issues, cause of fire, landscaping disturbances, or fixture damage caused during installation or removal. While all necessary precautions are taken, the Company cannot guarantee against pre-existing defects, weak structural surfaces, faulty electrical wiring, or conditions outside of our control.
3. Customer Responsibility: As a customer, you agree to notify Premium Lighting Co. of any pre-existing damage or fragile surfaces prior to the commencement of services, ensure electrical systems and outlets are in safe working order and capable of supporting additional loads, provide safe access to the work area including removing vehicles, furniture, or obstructions, and safeguard delicate items near the work area including landscaping, decorations, and valuables.
4. Service Agreements: When engaging Premium Lighting Co., a detailed service agreement will be provided to outline the scope of work, estimated time frame, and pricing. The client agrees that acceptance of these Terms and Conditions is established either (a) by signing and approving an estimate or quote provided by Premium Services Co. LLC or its DBAs (Premium Cleaning Co. and Premium Lighting Co.), or (b) in the absence of a signed estimate, by confirming or scheduling a service booking, and such actions constitute a binding agreement to the scope of work, pricing, and terms herein.

A 50% deposit may be required at the time of booking, with the balance due upon completion of services unless otherwise stated in writing. ALL DOWN DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Late payments past 30 days of invoice may incur additional charges or interest.
7. Ownership of Materials: For seasonal installations, the homeowner retains ownership of all lights, cords, timers, clips, and equipment once purchased from Premium Lighting Co. unless otherwise agreed in writing for leasing options, while for permanent installations, ownership transfers to the Client upon final payment, and unauthorized removal, tampering, or reuse of Company-owned equipment without consent constitutes theft of services.
8. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service date to avoid a cancellation fee, and cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may result in a fee amounting to 25% of the total service cost.
9. Warranty: Permanent LED installations include a workmanship warranty for [3 years] covering installation defects (not manufacturer issues unless otherwise stated); simultaneously there is a 5-year manufacturer warranty, valid from the date of installation and once registered. While seasonal installations are warrantied for [3 seasons] only. Year round installation of holiday lights voids the [3 seasons] warranty and is only valid for the first [6 months] after installation. Warranty excludes damage caused by weather, animals, misuse, third-party tampering, acts of God, or electrical issues not installed by the Company.
10. Christmas Lights Installation Details:
Workmanship Guarantee – Installations are guaranteed to reasonably perform through the holiday season (installation date through New Year’s Eve).
Maintenance – Any issues must be reported to our office and will be addressed within 72 hours.
Exclusions – Acts of God, vandalism, or issues with lights not purchased/leased from Premium Lighting Co. are not covered under standard maintenance.
Take-Down Service – Residential installations include standard removal after the holiday season (Jan. 7 –Feb. 7) unless otherwise noted. Special scheduling will incur a $50 fee.
Storage – We offer secure storage of lighting materials unless otherwise agreed. Items not retrieved by a set deadline may be recycled or billed for continued storage. Bulky items, motifs, and greenery are not included in free our free storage.
Warranty – All seasonal LED products purchased from us are warrantied for three holiday seasons, valid only if you continue using our services annually. Warranty excludes Acts of God, vandalism, power surges, third party tampering, animal interference, or lights left up past the designated take-down period.
11. Implied Agreement by Payment: Payment of any invoice issued by Premium Services Co. LLC, including its DBAs (Premium Cleaning Co. and Premium Lighting Co.), constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, even in the absence of a signed estimate, work order, or formal agreement.
