By booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Communication Policy
By providing your contact details, you consent to receiving SMS and email updates from ClearSight Home Services. You may opt out at any time by replying "STOP" to texts or unsubscribing from emails.

Window Cleaning
Our standard window cleaning service removes general grime and dust but does not include hard water stain removal, stucco, or glue cleanup. These are considered construction cleaning services and are available for an additional fee. Please note that we do not clean cracked windows due to the risk of breakage.
We also offer optional screen removal and screen cleaning for an extra cost. These services are not included in the standard window cleaning. Screens must be removed prior to service. If screens are left on or if windows are inaccessible, we will rinse the windows with purified water, but no brushing will be done, which may result in a less thorough clean.
Additionally, shotgun fungus can sometimes appear on windows. While we strive to remove at least 50% of it, we cannot always remove it entirely due to how long it has been present on the windows and how deep it has penetrated the surface.

Gutter Cleaning
We will remove all debris from gutters and ensure proper water flow through both the gutters and downspouts. However, we are not liable for any pre-existing leaks, damage, or structural issues in your gutters. Moss and algae regrowth can be addressed during the service if present.
Our gutter cleaning service only includes the interior cleaning of gutters. If exterior gutter cleaning is requested, it is available for an additional fee. Please note that we do not remove tiger stripes from gutters.

Scope of Work Changes
Any changes to the originally quoted service may affect the final pricing. We will inform you of any changes before proceeding with the service.

Cancellations or Changes
Cancellations or changes made within 48 hours of the scheduled service will incur a fee of 25% of the original quote, up to a maximum of $500. Only changes authorized by ClearSight Home Services will be honored.

Payment Policy
Payments are due upon receipt of the service invoice. Accepted payment methods include cash, e-transfer, or credit card (online payment). A 4% processing fee will be applied to all online and card payments. All invoices are subject to GST/HST as required by law. Payments must be made within 7 days following the service; after this period, a 5% monthly late fee will be applied.

Liability Waiver
ClearSight Home Services is not liable for external factors such as weather conditions or the age of the surfaces being cleaned. We assume responsibility for any damage directly caused by our work but are not responsible for pre-existing issues or damage to areas not serviced.

Preparing for Service
To help facilitate a smooth and efficient service, please ensure that the work area is safe and all items are moved out of the way prior to our arrival. Screens must be removed from windows before window cleaning.

Licensing, Insurance & WCB
ClearSight Home Services is fully licensed and insured, and we are covered by the Workers' Compensation Board (WCB) for your peace of mind.

Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. All customer information provided through our platform, Housecall Pro, is securely stored and used solely for booking, invoicing, and communication purposes. We will never share your personal information with third parties.

Weather Policy
We strive to complete services in all weather conditions; however, in some cases, weather or safety concerns may prevent us from performing services as scheduled. If this occurs, we will work with you to reschedule at the earliest convenience.

Service Area
We proudly serve Langley, Surrey, and surrounding areas, including everything between Surrey and Chilliwack.
