By booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Communication Policy
By providing your contact details, you consent to receive SMS and email updates from Clearsight Home Services. You may opt out at any time by replying “STOP” to texts or unsubscribing from emails.

Artillery/Shotgun Fungus Removal
We strive to remove at least 50% of artillery mold during our cleaning process. However, due to the fungus's deeply embedded nature, complete removal may not be possible. This type of mold is often found near mulch but can spread to other areas. Clearsight Home Services is not liable for any remaining mold after cleaning.

Roof Cleaning and Moss Treatment
Our roof cleaning service includes moss removal and/or treatment. After cleaning, remaining moss will naturally fall off over a period of 1–6 months. We offer an 8-month guarantee against moss and algae regrowth, which includes retreatment if necessary, except in cases of damage from weather or debris.

Exterior House & Siding Cleaning
We use a soft wash process to clean siding, soffits, and gutters. While we rinse windows as part of this service, a separate window cleaning service is recommended for a more thorough clean. Clearsight Home Services is not responsible for pre-existing damage or for any damage to fragile surfaces. Please ensure all windows and doors are securely closed, and the work area is clear of any obstacles.

Window Cleaning
Our standard window cleaning removes general grime and dust, but it does not include hard water stains, stucco, or glue, which require a construction cleaning service for an additional fee. We kindly ask that you remove screens from windows before our service begins, as we will skip over any windows that have screens in place or are otherwise inaccessible.

Gutter Cleaning
While we carefully remove debris from gutters and inspect them, as well as downspouts, Clearsight Home Services is not liable for any pre-existing leaks or structural issues in your gutters. Moss and algae regrowth are not covered after the 8-month guarantee period.

Scope of Work Changes
If there are any adjustments to the originally quoted service, they may affect the final pricing. Cancellations or changes made within 48 hours of the scheduled service will incur a fee of 10% of the original quote, up to a maximum of $500. Only changes authorized by Clearsight Home Services will be honored.

Payment Policy
Payments are due upon receipt, with accepted methods including cash, cheque, and e-transfer. Payment must be made within the first 7 days following the service; any payments received after this period will incur a 5% monthly fee.

Liability Waiver
Clearsight Home Services is not liable for external factors such as weather conditions or the age of the surfaces being cleaned. We assume responsibility for any damage resulting directly from our work, but we are not responsible for any pre-existing issues or damage to areas not serviced.

To help facilitate a smooth and efficient service, please ensure that the work area is safe and that any items are moved out of the way before our arrival.
