California Well Done Cleaning Services Terms & Conditions
CUSTOMER AGREEMENT TO OUR SERVICES
PAYMENT POLICY: Payment is due in full the day of the cleaning. We do require a deposit of 65% payment by debit/credit card in anticipation to your cleaning, we will deduct that amount to your total pay. Remaining balance 35% will be charge after completion of the job. Paying for additional time $35/30 Min $65/HR per cleaner.
• Refunds. Since cleaning is a very personalized and subjective service, we cannot offer refunds to clients. If you are not happy, we will come back and re‐clean any areas free of charge according to our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. BE AWARE that cleanings might take longer than the original time booked, if so, we suggest to book more time to complete a successful cleaning.
• All prices are given based on the information you are providing us. Final charge might vary if the condition of the home is not how described it.
• Service fee for returned checks: Checks returned for non‐payment (insufficient funds, closed account, etc.) will be charged a $40 returned check fee.
COMMERCIAL AND RESIDENTIAL CLEANING: Payment is due in full on the day of the cleaning unless both parties have agreed on a 30 day payment. If we have not received your payment in 30 days, we will charge a late payment fee of $5 for every day that the payment hasn't been made.
CANCELATION POLICY: A TRIP CHARGE of $65 to $100 shall be charged if the cleaners come to the location without given a 24 hour CANCELATION NOTICE. Deposit Fee is not refundable if you cancel your appointment in less than 24 hours prior to your cleaning date. We will refund any money that was payed in anticipation to the cleaning but we will need to deduct cancelation fee.
WAITING FOR CUSTOMERS TO LET US IN THE PROPERTY: We will charge $35/30 Min or $65/HR per cleaner if we arrive and we need to wait to get in the property.
OTHER HOME SERVICES WORKING WITH THE CLEANERS AT THE SAME TIME: We will prefer to work alone when you have people working at the property ( carpet cleaners, painters, electricians, etc ) sometimes it will end up on us re-cleaning areas that were cleaned already by our staff. We will prefer if you can book our services separate from these other home services... If you can not book separate times, we understand!! Just be aware that this can happen and we are not responsible for areas that were left dirty by other workers.
CORONAVIRUS: We California Well Done Cleaning Services are taking the necessary precautions for maintaining your space free as possible from germs. We are using our frequent hospital grade disinfectant. For your piece of mind, we are wearing and using the following: face masks, disposables gloves, shoe covers, hospital grade disinfectant and we are sanitizing our caddies with disinfectant on every cleaning. With that said, we feel very confident to serve you. We want to say we're here for you and if you need any help please do not hesitate to reach out. What we are asking from you is, if you have been in contact with a person with Covid 19 to reschedule to a later date and Keep at least more than 6 ft of distance from our staff when we're performing the cleaning. ARRIVAL TIME: Cleanings are scheduled in an order that requires the least amount of drive time for each team. This means the exact time of your cleaning may differ each time. If you require an AM or PM schedule we will make every effort to accommodate your request however no times are guaranteed.
TEAMS: Our cleaners work solo, team of two or more depending on the size of the job. A team leader is assigned to your home. We make every effort to keep the same cleaner / team leader assigned to your home, but cannot guarantee it. Illness, promotions, vacations, etc, can all result in a change of cleaner / cleaners on a team.
HIRING A CALIFORNIA WELL DONE CLEANING SERVICE LLC CLEANER: All of our cleaners have signed a Non-Compete agreement with California Well Done Cleaning Services. They are prohibited from soliciting business from any client on his/her own behalf or on behalf of any third party during their contract with California Well Done Cleaning Services for 2 years following termination of contract, without written approval from our company and a possible placement fee of $2,500.00. You agree not to hire past or present staff of California Well Done Cleaning Services for a period of not less than 2 years from the date the staff member last worked for California Well Done Cleaning Services. A great deal of time and resources are put into hiring our staff and training them. In the event you feel you must hire a staff member of California Well Done Cleaning Service in spite of this agreement, then a $2,500.00 placement fee is due immediately upon employment of the past/present staff member, regardless of whether the employment is regular or on a contract basis.
CLUTTER: The cleaning will be far more satisfactory if the team does not have a great deal of clutter with which to contend. Desks that have a large amount of paperwork for instance may not be cleaned
EXTRA WORK: Please call us in advance for special requests (i.e. after construction, refrigerator cleaning, inside of oven, inside windows, basement, garage, extra rooms, etc) so we can schedule the time needed to complete these tasks. We will provide an over the phone estimate, however, we reserve the right to adjust the quote after the job is completed.
PETS ESCAPING FROM THE HOME: We cannot be responsible for pets that “escape” when our cleaners are entering/exiting your home. If your pet will be “roaming free” during the clean, please let us know in advance, so the cleaners can be on the alert when they open doors. Our cleaners are trained to close doors as soon as they enter and exit your home and will not leave doors open for long periods.
PETS and PLANTS: If you have pets, our cleaners do appreciate it when they are secured and that you pick up after them. We do not clean litter boxes or urine/feces from the floor. Due to the individual care that plants require, we are not able to water or maintain them.
ITEMS WE CANNOT CLEAN/DO: We have instructed our staff to leave certain items untouched, such as items or areas containing any body fluids or secretions and litter boxes. If your pet has an accident or vomits, it will be your responsibility to clean it up. Our cleaners are advised to clean around these areas. Seasonal insect infestation can also be a problem and may prevent us from completely cleaning your home. If ants, termites, roaches, fleas, etc., are encountered, we will not clean or vacuum the area. We will leave you a note, or call you regarding the problem. We do not clean inside curio cabinets ONLY upon request. If you have other items you prefer we not clean or handle, please call during our business hours and we will arrange to avoid those items. Our staff cannot climb higher than a step stool, work on the outside of your home (unless you have requested outside window cleaning), move furniture that contains electronics, lift any objects over 20 pounds, prepare meals, provide any pet or children-related services, or empty diaper pails.
ITEMS THAT WE DON’T MOVE: Furniture, Sofas, heavy electronics.
WE DON’T CLIMB LADDERS MORE THAN 2 STEPS FOR PRECAUTIONARY REASONS.
PHOTOS: For quality purposes we take photo's of every service, if by any reason you don't feel comfortable with this we wont proceed with it. Please notify our office manager so our cleaner are aware not to take photo's.
GIFT CARDS : Gift card's can not be redeemed for cash. You can use your balance with our services as long as it meets our prices. You can always upgrade to another cleaning such as a Top to Bottom cleaning.
TIPS: Tips are appreciated by your cleaning team but not required. A recommended tip is 10-15% of your total cleaning fee. Tips can be left as cash or add it to any payment method debit card, checks, other.
IF THERE’S A PROBLEM: We guarantee our work. Contact us before 24 hours prior to the visit. Voicemail or text message can be left and we will return it as soon as possible.
