1. Introduction - Welcome to Bath & Kitchen Refinishing St. Louis (hereinafter referred to as "BKRSTL"). By using our website and services, you agree to abide by the following Terms of Service.

2. Services Offered
- BKRSTL agrees to provide bath and/or kitchen refinishing services as specified in the approved project proposal. This includes surface preparation, application of refinishing materials, and any additional services agreed upon in writing. The scope of services will be carried out in a professional manner, adhering to industry standards and guidelines.

3. Client Agreement
- By accessing our website or utilizing our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms of Service.

4. Arbitration Clause
- In the event of any dispute or disagreement arising from the use of our services, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter through arbitration. Any arbitration proceedings shall be conducted within a 60-day period from the date of notification of the dispute. BKRSTL must be notified by email to [admin@bkrstl.com].

5. Privacy Policy

6. Client Responsibilities
- Clients are responsible for providing accurate information regarding the condition of the surfaces being refinished. Clients must ensure that work areas are cleared of personal belongings and any hindrances to the refinishing process. Any changes to the agreed-upon scope of work must be requested in writing and approved by both parties before implementation.

7. Payment Terms
- Clients are required to make payments as outlined in the approved project proposal. A deposit is due upon estimate approval, with subsequent payments based on project milestones or completion phases. Payments are accepted via ACH, credit card, check, or cash. Late payments may incur penalties, and work may be temporarily halted until outstanding payments are settled.

8. Project Timeline
- A projected timeline for the bath and/or kitchen refinishing project will be provided in the approved proposal. The timeline is an estimate and may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions or material availability. BKRSTL will proactively communicate any delays or changes to project timeline. Any delays caused by the Client, such as failure to provide timely access to the work area, may impact the project timeline.

9. Warranty and Maintenance
- BKRSTL provides a warranty period for the quality and durability of the refinishing work. This warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials. Clients must report any issues within the specified warranty period to be eligible for repairs covered by the warranty. The Client is responsible for following the care and maintenance instructions provided by BKRSTL after the completion of the refinishing service. Failure to adhere to these instructions may void the warranty. Any exceptions to warranty and maintenance will be shared during the proposal stage.

10. Additional Terms
- BKRSTL reserves the right to use photographs of the completed project for promotional purposes, unless otherwise specified in writing by the Client.

11. Changes to Terms of Service
- BKRSTL may update or modify these Terms of Service from time to time without prior notice. Clients are responsible for reviewing the Terms regularly and agreeing to any changes before continuing to use our services.

12. Governing Law
- These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Missouri, United States.
