AMG Certified Services Terms & Conditions

Deposit Fee: $50 DEPOSIT/NON-REFUNDABLE required for ALL NEW CLIENTS & select jobs. Please read carefully before booking. A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to book a time slot. NO DEPOSIT = NO APPOINTMENT. We do this to confirm that our clients are serious about their appointments.

If you are outside of our 10 miles radius, the deposit is considered a travel fee. If you are within our 10-mile radius the $50 will be applied towards the workload, per work request.

If the client makes a scheduling mistake or is unable to honor the appointment booked, AMG Certified Services will KEEP the deposit.

Cancellation Fee: There is a 48HR grace period to alert AMG Certified Services to reschedule. To reschedule text or call (786) 368-8136. Please include name, appointment date & time. While deposit is NON REFUNDABLE, it IS transferable to new appointment IF rescheduled at least 48HRS prior. Regardless, if the deposit was collected or not the $50 fee applies to the 48HRS grace period.

Deposit can only be transferred ONCE. Any rescheduling after the first time WILL REQUIRE A NEW DEPOSIT.

Payment Terms - As labor services are completed, payment must be made.

If the client or AMG Certified Services terminates labor prematurely, the client is responsible for payment of hardware purchased.

Service/Labor Warranty: All work completed by AMGCS is guaranteed for 30 days. If the client is responsible for the service call issue, AMGCS does not assume responsibility. If hardware failure requires labor to be performed, a discounted rate may be applied.

Hardware Warranty: [1 Year Warranty] If the hardware is sold directly by AMG Certified Services. If the hardware is purchased by a 3rd Party Vendor the warranty would be associated with that specific 3rd Party Vendor. If hardware or product is sold directly from AMG Certified Services it may have its own terms/warranty on the invoice it was sold on. Invoice terms take priority over any other terms.
